Customized orders are not eligible for refund. Original products can be returned if it adheres to our company's policy. Original products are eligible for return when it's  unused, tags are still attached, not damaged purposely or any other reason especially when accident happen due to negligence. Change of size is accepted, change of product is accepted as long as it has the same price as the previous one or more. If parcel didn't arrive, we will send an investigation  request to the shipping company  Once the investigation started and the cause of the delay or lost of product are clear , we can issue a refund .
